KIMO Ltd. is well on track to deliver a new ˆ1.2 million a preliminary design “HEAVENLY HILLS” Ski and Spa resort - White Church ( Byala Cherkva), Plovdiv, Bulgaria. Luxury designed ski resort provides comprehensive range of resources, numerous and easy accessible attractions for fun and relax for clients at its 14900 sq.m. building area on 9000 sq.m. site and the luxury SPA and Recreation Centre has been carefully designed to enhance its location and maximise the amount of natural light coming into the modern Ski Complex.
The unique project “Heavenly Hills”, is the first of its kind to be available in White Church (Byala Cherkva) ski Resort, disposed next to the Main Ski Run at 1700 m. above sea level in the hearth of the Mystical Rhodope Mountains, only 22 miles from Plovdiv International Airport and 19 miles from the city center of Plovdiv – second - biggest city in Bulgaria.
The complex consists of 10 blocks - 8 residential and 2 public.
Blocks A1 and A2 consists of public area situated in block R at the basement and the residential area to the upper 4 floors. There are available 2 panoramic elevators.
In total blocks A1 and A2 consists of 56 Studios and 8 Apartments.
Blocks B1, B2 and B3’s residential area consists of 30 Apartments, 6 Maisonettes, 6 Studios and 36 Storage rooms.
