Location
The property and the village are situated in a spacious valley between two of the most gorgeous mountains in the country – Stara Planina and Rhodope mountains. The House
The house is a 2-storey one and is very solid and in perfect condition. It has been built in 1993 out of red brick using concrete foundation and concrete slabs. Ground floor represents 1 bedroom, some storage premises, a closet and a large premise which has been used as a pub with an inside and outside part. Inner and outer stairs lead to the first floor which consists of a living-room with a terrace and an open-plan kitchen, bedroom and bathroom with WC. Also, first floor comprises a huge 120 sq.m. large sheltered terrace overlooking both to the garden and the surroundings thus revealing a great panoramic view to the mountains in the distance. Additional 3 bedrooms can be easily built there or the terrace can be left as it is – it gives plenty of options.
The house is fully insulated and there is a central heating system serving the whole house. The central heating runs both on wood, coal and petrol (an electric one can be installed as well).
