The House
This is a typical Bulgarian rural 3-bedroom house which has been recently renovated up to the highest western standards. The house is separated in two levels – a main house and an annex. The main house consists of an entrance-hall, living-room, kitchen and a bedroom. All rooms are air-conditioned. The flooring of the rooms is laminated parquet and terra-cotta tiles in the bathroom. Windows are finished with PVC joinery and all windows are double-glazed.
The annex consists of 2 bedrooms, bathroom, a small premise which can be used as a study or an office and a closet. Flooring is terra-cotta tiles and all windows are double-glazed.
