Location
This attractive rural property is situated in a very picturesque and quiet village at the foot of the gorgeous Rhodopee mountain. The Property
The property consists of 2 renovated traditional-style rural houses situated in a nicely decorated and fenced 650 square meters large yard.
The main house is 50 square meters large and consists of an entrance-hall, bedroom, kitchen with open-plan dining room, bathroom and a spacious basement which can be turned into a traditional Bulgarian guest room (‘mechana’). The second house is 30 square meters large and can be turned into a spacious guestroom or another bedroom.
The houses are built out of red brick, stone and eco-materials in the traditional Bulgarian architectural style. They are fully furnished and come with all appliances as well (beds, wardrobes, tables, chairs, cooker, coffee machine, fridge, toaster, electric jug, kitchen utensils, TV, stereo, etc.). There is an air-conditioning unit in the main house.
The gorgeous yard is nicely decorated and landscaped with lots of fruit trees, flowers, bushes, plants and cobbled paths and alleys. It is fenced with high stone and wooden wall which guarantees privacy and calmness. There is a nice barbeque and tea area in the yard which reveals nice view to the mountain.
