Description
The project
We pay to your attention this residential area with houses located only 6 km away from the center of Plovdiv. Its situated on a land of 100 000 m2 and 70 family houses are expected to be built on the first 75 000 m2 together with the adjoining green area of 15 000 m2.
The project has modern infrastructure which includes gasification, wide streets, water-treatment plant, modern street lightening, planting with beautiful trees, flowers and grassing.
We provide central services, security, gardening and maintenance.
The infrastructure construction began in April 2007 and will be finished in April 2008.
The first four houses are completed and their residents can move in after the completion of their finishing works and furnishing.
The building of the next 21 houses began in March 2008, with completion date March 2009.
The location
The terrain is located in the fastest developing municipality of Plovdiv region, near the high-way. This area is expected to become a part of Plovdiv in the near future. The complex is situated very close to the main thoroughfares - 6 km away from the center of Plovdiv and 100 km away from the Sofia International Airport.
At the same time the Terres Complex is at the foot of the Rhodope Mountains, famous for its beautiful nature and excellent conditions for both winter and summer tourism. There are also many ancient historical and archeological sites in the vicinity.
The name
We gave the project the name of TERRES the legendary king of the first Thracian kingdom Odrysian state, acquired power by unification of many Thracian tribes under a single ruler.
The houses

The residents become owners of the land plot on which their house has been built and they can sell, inherit, pledge it, or they can change the status of the house and use it for business.

Payment
After choosing an available house, please, contact us and will send you a reservation form. Within five days of making a reservation you should pay a deposit of 2 000 euro. The reservation fee will be deducted from the price of your house.
In 45 days will agree together on a payment plan according to your personal finance possibility and we will sign a preliminary contract.
Management
During the first two years, and namely 2008 and 2009, the owners of the plots are not paying any expenses for greening, cleaning and maintenance of Terres. After this period they will be obliged to pay an annual tax for maintenance of the residential area, calculated on the basis of expenses planned for the coming year. The developer is obliged to give detailed information at the general meeting of the residents in Terres about the planned expenses for the current year. The expenses mentioned above will be calculated for each owner in Terres proportionally to the quadrature of the owned plot.
Materials and finishing works
The residential area has a modern infrastructure which includes gasification, wide asphalt streets, street lightening, underground cabling, fire-plugs and unique planting envisaged, which will turn it to a nice place for living.
The houses are distinguished for the high quality of construction work.
The construction is monolith, with brick masonry of Austrian thermal insulated ceramic cell-bricks. For achieving the optimal insulation, a special thermal mixture is being used by the masonry.
